How to use this document

Walk the property with a phone camera and this sheet. Mark each line OK, Fix (with a note and photo), or N/A. Every Fix is a building condition to assign and track until it is closed. The walk finds conditions; it is not a pest inspection of occupied units and it does not replace one.
